Priors Park Community Church, the heart of the community.
We are a church who loves to please God and attract others to Christ. We are a community which accepts people as they are.
With the Holy Spirit to help us,
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted how church is run. If you would like to know more, or book a place to come please contact Nigel Haddow on 07970013426
Here at Priors Park Community Church, we are meeting the Covid-19 pandemic head on. We have started to combat lockdown in various ways. We are aware that there are many vulnerable and isolating members of our community that need to be remembered and cared for during this unprecedented period.
We have opened a food hub that is working with the Tewkesbury Community Response, local council and various other local authorities. We have been delivering food parcels, doing shopping trips, picking up prescriptions, giving out Foodbank vouchers, supplying Christmas hampers and essentials and we have opened a socially distanced support café in the chapel on a Friday morning.
It goes without saying we are inspired to do this by our Wonderful God who has put it on our hearts to help our community.
We have been holding services live at the chapel every Sunday Afternoon at 3:30pm for people who wish to worship in a safe environment and even though we have had to keep the numbers to a safe level we have had many requests to attend and will continue to worship our Loving Lord and Saviour as long as we are legally allowed.
We meet on Sundays at 3.30 to worship our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and to listen to God’s word. If you would like to join us please contact Nigel on 07970013426 so that we can prepare a safe space for you.
On arrival, you will have your temperature taken. There is a NHS Covid-19 track and Trace QR code to scan. If you have children, and would like them to dig for treasure at the Pirate Kids Church, please let Nigel know so he can pass this on to the Pirate leaders.
Drinks are available, and if you do not have a mask, we have masks or visors for you. The church is accessible for people with disabilities, and there is a loop system.
